This article I'm writing in response to the question or request I received following the post I wrote on miscarriage.
One of our readers mentioned that there's a condition called chemical miscarriage which normally happens within 5 weeks of pregnancy.
In most cases when this miscarriage happens most women are not even aware that they are or were pregnant in the first place.
Naturally, ovulation in women with a 28 day cycle is normally 14 days from first day of your period. With others it happens a bit earlier, lets say between day 9 to 14.
What makes one not to know if they've had this form of miscarriage?
Firstly most women don't even know their own periods. How it feels, how is the flow, how their bodies feel during the different cycles. They are so disconnected from their bodies so much so that they're clueless as to what is happening with them at any given time. As a result it makes it very difficult for them to know when they are pregnant or if they've just experienced an early miscarriage. The only way they'll know if they were pregnant is through a pregnancy test and with the miscarriage they'll know only if it happens at a later stage and it's confirmed by the doctor.
What are the symptoms of early/chemical miscarriage?
Late periods that are heavier than normal, dense with big blood cloths and very heavy and painful abdominal pains.
Many women take this as just an abnormal cycle with their periods where in fact it's a miscarriage.
What are other ways one can have a miscarriage and not be aware of it?
At times it happens that a woman is carrying twins and then miscarries one and the other one survives. This happens where the woman bleeds and have all the other signs of a miscarriage, at times it is confirmed by the doctors but months later they find out they are still pregnant. This too falls into this type of miscarriage that is unnoticed.
How can one naturally check if they're pregnant or not?
1. Ensure that you keep a period journal where you'll record everything that happens to you during and around your periods. How the period feels and how your body is experiencing the period itself. Even record things as small as how your period looks and feels
2. Know your monthly cycle as well as you know your phone 😂. Know what cycle you are on, i.e. 28 days or less or more. Most importantly know when you are ovulating so you can have or avoid sex (depending on your situation if you're trying for the baby or not)
3. If you experience the symptoms shared above, seek help - ASAP
And if you have experienced these, do a cleansing, just in case you have lost a baby.
How to do the cleansing?
The same way you'll do a cleansing if the baby was a still born or if they died when older.
As mentioned before, so is below as above. Meaning that whatever you do for the ones that lived and you carried consciously in the physical world, do same for those that lived only in spirit.

Much love
I just remembered something I was telling my friend this past weekend.
ReplyDeleteWe were talking about one of the moments we experienced periods for the first time.
She mentioned something like how she panicked the first time she missed her period but was still a virgin. I told her I started periods in grade 5, 12TH September on my moms birthday , I usually did not have my periods during October, and I remember for the first time where I missed my periods for two months I thought I was pregnant and I thought I was virgin Mary.
When I got my periods I had clots and it was weird because I used to get small ones but they were a bit bigger that time and I remember looking into the toilet and saying, "ohhh there goes my baby" I had a miscarriage. We laughed with my friend about the whole thing.
I went from missing my periods (told that it is normal) for close to 3 months straight during the early stages also, being a virgin to a switch up of having them for close to the whole month straight on heavy flow.
Until I found out that I have what is said to be (imbalanced hormones)
I will also share some of the things that causes hormonal imbalance and how to naturally improve the situation
DeleteYour programme of "healing your bloodline through your period pains" really did help me with my period pains and got to be more connected with myself during that precious time of the month
DeleteI was able to pay attention to my body and also made sure that I spoil myself during that time. I ground myself
My cycle slowly became normal. Lately since last year it shifted from 28/29 to 38/40 days continuously
I will be looking forward to all that you will share about the causes of hormonal imbalance.
This might be a little out of context but is giving birth suppose to be painful naturally? And maybe death be the most peaceful, creating a balance in the world.
ReplyDeleteBecause some how I think the pain most women experience during giving kind of makes them be a certain way towards their children whether good or bad. I think maybe this is why women become so protective of their children and also getting those women that would even stand up for their children knowing exactly that they are in the wrong for instance.
So don't you think this is some sort of attachment? And how can women with these issues learn to let that go, because the cutting of the umbilical cord clearly shows that they should let go.
I think maybe this is why mothers feel so entitled to anything their children accomplish because "ke mojere 9months" so they feel chilfren owe them for that or should compensate them for their labour pains...
